What Is 'The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel' Season 4 All About?

The previous season has given Mrs. Maisel's career a big boost.

In season 3, Midge went on her first big tour and did an opening performance for singer Shy Baldwin. That is an impressive feat for her career. Sadly, things took another u-turn after Shy fired Midge from the tour in the finale.

Midge's career struggles will continue to season 4. However, she is now more determined than ever. Aside from that, she also has to face other problems, including Susie gambling away Midge's tour money. Midge still thinks that Susie has the money which she will use to buy back her old apartment.

Fans of the show should prepare for a big, nasty confrontation in season 4.

"We're not here to make anybody feel good. That's not why we were put on earth. We're still figuring everything out," Sherman-Palladino said in an interview.

"It's 1960, and change is in the air. Looking to hone her act, Midge finds a gig with total creative freedom. But her commitment to her craft—and the places it takes her—creates a rift between her and the family and friends around her."

Is There An Official Trailer For 'The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel' Season 4?

Yes, there is. Prime Video has already released several teaser trailers for the show since November 30. The first teaser shows Midge wanting to make a name for herself, determined to change how the "business works."

On December 1, Prime Video released another teaser trailer showing Midge inviting her parents to move in with her. Although this sounds sweet, there are some issues they need to confront first before they could move forward with the proposal.

The third teaser sees Susie and her flourishing business, which means getting a bigger home and a new closet! the bigger the business, the bigger the pressure, though.

The fourth and final teaser features Joel (Michael Zegen) and his dating life. His mother is trying to play cupid by setting him up with other prospects. Sadly, he is still head over heels with Mei Lin.
