Adam Sandler and Jennifer Aniston are all set to reprise their roles in the sequel to their hit Netflix movie Murder Mystery. Following the release in 2019, the streaming platforms shared an official confirmation of the upcoming sequel so it's been a while since we have known that we would be seeing them once again in these roles. The sequel will be set four years after the events of the first film so it's going to be exciting to see them as full-time detectives maybe? Here's everything we know about Murder Mystery 2...
The trailer was launched just 3 days ago along with announcing the release date...which is March 31. In an interview with PEOPLE Aniston talked about the shooting process, "It was three months away from home. And that was challenging, only because I hadn't been away from my dogs since the [beginning of the] pandemic. Also, Ukraine was a stone's throw away."
"I reminded myself that this is what people need. People want to laugh. People need comedies. People like to not think for a minute," Aniston added. We can't wait to see the end product!

Now full-time detectives struggling to get their private eye agency off the ground, Nick and Audrey Spitz find themselves at the center of an international abduction when their friend the Maharaja is kidnapped at his own lavish wedding.
We are expecting nothing less than a crazy and hilarious ride. Also, quick fact: this is the tenth Netflix production in which Adam Sandler is involved. The movie was shot in Paris, so get ready to see some breathtaking landscapes and city lights.
Besides Jennifer Aniston and Adam Sandler, the movie boasts an ensemble cast with Mélanie Laurent, Jodie Turner-Smith, Enrique Arce, Tony Goldwyn, Annie Mumolo, Zurin Villanueva, and Kuhoo Verma. We will also see Adeel Akhtar reprise his role as Maharajah and John Kani as Colonel Ulenga. The movie will be directed by Jemery Garelick, who is best known for his comedies. Also, in addition to starring in lead roles, the two actors, Aniston and Sandler, are also acting as producers for the film.
