Rejoice, dear children of the church of night, for everyone’s favorite Spellman in Sabrina, is ready to cast her way back into Netflix with Parts 3 and 4 and we’ve got the latest pieces of news and what not, right here.
Chilling Adventures of Sabrina is a supernatural-teen drama television series that is based on the Archie Comic of the same title and is available for stream on Netflix. Unlike the original counterpart, this adaptation is darker and focuses on the gothic elements of the comic series. When the show debuted, it immediately rose to become one of Netflix’s most streamed series yet.
The story focuses on Sabrina Spellman, a half-mortal and half-witch, who on her 16th birthday is torn in choosing between the path of light or the path of the night. She signed her name in the book of the beast, which in turn granted her immense power, but at the cost of her freedom.
At the time of this writing, there are two fewer episodes that have been produced. This means that filming for Part 3 won’t take much longer now. Interestingly, the story going forward will focus greatly on Sabrina’s birthday, which takes place on Halloween. Therefore, the most likely airdates for Part 3 will be as follows:
18th of October, 2019
25th of October, 2019
1st of November, 2019
Going by the calendar and Netflix releases some of their biggest series online on a Friday, which is why we chose the aforementioned dates.
But as far as a solid release date is concerned, we don’t know anything as such so far. That’s why all we have to do is wait for now.
Father Faustos poisoned the Church of the Night’s enclave and ran off with his twin children. The incident left most of the Church members dead, with only a few warlocks and witches coming out alive. Afterward, Ambrose and Prudence vowed to find Father Faustos, kill him and save the twins from the former’s incestuous schemes. And after that, the pair will seek out to discover their ‘true destiny as a witch.’
Sabrina with Nick, Lillith, as well as her family and friends were able to best Satan at last, but not without a cost. When the Acheron Configuration failed to conceal the evil being, Nick had no other alternative but to absorb Satan by using his own body as a containment unit. With this sudden turn of event, Lillith had to take Nick back to hell with her just so Satan couldn’t escape his containment. As a result, Lillith became the ‘Queen of Hell’ and granted two gifts to Sabrina. The first gift that was granted to her was her powers and the other left us with a cliffhanger.
With many members of the Church of Night leaving, Zelda took the reigns and made herself High Priestess of the church. And even though they know not of what awaits them, the sisters will still help the ones who remain. Later Sabrina and her friends make up with one another over milkshakes at a local diner. They dubbed their group as the ‘Fright Club’ whilst speaking highly of their accomplishments. Not to mention Sabrina vowing to retrieve her boyfriend back from the depths of Hell.

Filming has been underway since May. Lucy Davis who stars as Hilda Spellman has been regularly posting about the updates on the series.
The first reading for Part 3 of Chilling Adventures of Sabrina was held on May 18th. Here’s what she left for the rest of her cast members:
The message reads “Episode One Part 3.”
Shortly after that message, filming started out for Part 3. Davis took to Instagram to post a picture of herself on set with a slightly covered face.
Production for Part 3 just went underway, so don’t expect any photos of the new season any time soon.
But if it’s just photos that you’re looking for, then the cast has plenty of them from the set to share with you, including this one right here:
Unlike the first season which had 20 episodes, the second season will have 16. This means that the first part will comprise of 8 episodes instead of 10.
