What Is The Plot Of 'Beastars' Season 2?

Conflict erupted in Cherryton Academy after Tem (the alpaca) is brutally murdered and devoured in the night, igniting further distrust between the herbivore and carnivore students.

The killer is still on the loose by the end of season 1, and we will continue to uncover his identity in season 2. In the post-credit scene, we saw Tem's murderer leaving a bathroom and getting told by Legoshi that everyone is waiting for them, suggesting they are part of the drama club.

Rouis is also being teased to take a vigilante role in the trailer, trading the Beastar award for some payback. Season 2 will cover chapters 48-98 of the manga series.

Meanwhile, Legoshi and Haru are facing more challenges with their relationship, knowing that the gap between carnivores and herbivores has become deeper.

Legoshi is also doing his best to prevent himself from becoming a lethal wolf but eventually bites down on the Chief's neck, leaving him to bleed out in the last season. Can he still keep his predatory instinct from coming out?
