Aquaman 2 is set to premiere on December 16, 2022. That will still leave director James Wan with ample time to work on changes in case the rumors are true,
However, Heroic Hollywood owner Umberto Gonzalez took to twitter to falsify these accusations.
In his Twitter post dated May 10, the film reporter said. "No, Amber Heard did not "get fired" off of AQUAMAN 2."

Whether the rumors are true or not, one thing remains clear. Amber Heard's career, in general, is seriously in trouble. Perhaps, in more trouble than Johnny Depp's career which she undeniably tried to destroy through her allegations.
Brands like L'Oreal Paris are reportedly under huge pressure to drop Amber as their spokesperson or ambassador.
Aside from losing a career, Amber may also face up to three years of jail time for allegedly using makeup to fake her injuries.
However, Amber may choose to see the silver lining of the situation and remain grateful for the fans that still choose to stay by her side after all the crazy turn of events.
I'd rather love to see Amber Heard in Aquaman 2. I don't care what she did, I love her.— shittymj (@batfleck1912) May 10, 2020
There are still few who want to see her rule the ocean again as the redheaded superheroine, Mera.
As for her fate in the Aquaman franchise, guess we'll have to wait for the official statement from the studio to clarify this matter.
