XO, Kitty is a spin-off of the highly popular Netflix film To All The Boys I’ve Loved Before. It follows Lara Jean Covey's little sister, Kitty, as she packs up and jets to Seoul, South Korea to attend a new school. The ten-episode series was directed by Jenny Han and was exactly what Netflix subscribers were asking for this whole time. Did the show live up to the hype and are we going to get a second season? Netflix has not yet renewed XO, Kitty for season 2. However, the first season did leave a few jump-off points for a new season. Because of this, we expect that Netflix had a second season in mind all along. Now it all depends on the show's performance but given that the show's popularity is already in the bag due to its predecessor we expect that viewership wouldn't be a problem. The only question on the table now is, do people like the show? The show currently has a 6.6/10 rating on IMDB. This isn't the best, but isn't the worst either. Netflix has renewed shows for worst before. The chances of a second season of XO, Kitty are very high.

Kitty and Dae break up by the end of the first season and then she realizes that she has feelings for Yuri. Then Min Ho confesses his love for Kitty. Kitty clearly has a lot on her plate and it would be entertaining to watch her deal with all her love drama. Is Kitty and Dae's story over? Will she pursue Yuri and how will Min Ho attempt to woo Kitty? All of these and more will be explored in the second season, if there is one.
We can expect all the main cast to return for the second season. Anna Cathcart will undoubtedly return as Kitty, Minyeong Choi as Dae, Gia Kim as Yuri, Sang Heon Lee as Min Ho, Anthony Keyvan as Q, Peter Thurnwald as Alex, Michael K Lee as Professor Lee, and Regan Aliyah as Juliana.
