Since The Whale was unveiled at the 2022 Venice International Film festival, it has gotten nothing but critical acclaim. Based on Samuel D. Hunter's play of the same name, The Whale tells the story of a reclusive father who is extremely sad and demotivated in life. One fine day he decides to try and connect with his estranged 17-year-old daughter. So here's where you can watch and experience the breathless performances of both Brendan Fraser and Sadie Sink.
Well, the movie is currently only available in the theatres but rest easy, with all the talk that this movie has gotten it won't be long before you can see it in the comfort of your home. The Whale is being distributed by A24, and that tells us that when it comes, there's a good chance it will be available on HBO Max. The release date is yet to be decided.

In 2003 the actor was sexually assaulted by the former president of the Hollywood Foreign Press Association, Phillip Berk, who scarred him for life. He didn't open up about the incident until 2018 in an interview with GQ. So yes, this is his comeback film, and he proved himself once again after The Mummy.
