The Ryan Reynolds and Hugh Jackman faux feud has been going on for more than a decade now. In the latest line-up of gags, is Reynolds showed support to Jackman's next project, The Music Man, in his signature goofy style. The Wolverine actor is playing the lead character as Prof. Harold Hill in the Braodway musical. And this is what Reynolds did for him.

Taking to social media to share Reynold's latest gimmic, Jackman wrote, "I have the most amazing friends. Gorgeous flowers, champagne, and heartfelt well wishes. I am blessed. And then, there's him." He then shared pictures of the gifts Reynolds had sent to his dressing room, which included a photograph of the Deadpool actor kicking his heels in the air and the another was a sketch of him. Reynolds also did not forget to include a message to his friend as well. The note read: "Hugh, good luck with your little show. I'll be watching." This is as hilarious as it gets.

On Instagram, Jackman also shared a clip of him reacting to his friends "thoughtful" gift. In the short video, Jackman can't help but laugh at his freind's gesture. Reynolds commented on the post, simply stating: "Haunting." As per Entertainmaent Weekly, the sketch was from Boston-based artist Michael Helou. The artist shared his work along with the actor posing next to it as well.

Other than send pictures of himself to his friend for his big night, Reynolds and wife Blake Lively also attended The Music Man's opening night at the Winter Garden Theatre on Thursday, reported PEOPLE. The couple even walked the red carpet and posed with Jackman's wife Deborra-Lee Furness. Reynolds even posted a reaction to the musical to his Instagram stories and praised it by saying "this show is actually perfect."

Jackman plays con man Harold Hill in the musical. Hill pretends to be a boys' band organizer and leader. He sells band instruments and uniforms to unsuspecting Midwestern townsfolk, promising to train them. But Harold is not a musician at all and plans to skip town without giving any music lessons. The librarian and piano teacher, Marian, however, is onto him and sees right through his tactics. But Harold manages to help her younger brother overcome his lisp and social awkwardness and Marian begins to fall in love with him. He risks being caught to win her heart. Jackman is cast opposite Sutton Foster (Younger, Bunheads).
