After delivering an outstanding performance as Batman in 'Batman V Superman: Dawn of Justice', 'Suicide Squad and Justice League', Ben Affleck has decided to leave the role and now Warner Bros. is looking for a new Batman, as reported by We Got This Covered.

The internet is going crazy over this news and has been suggesting actors who might play the role really well.

Even though Warner Bros. hasn't given any information yet about who they are considering for the role, but according to sources, on the latest podcast by Revenge Of The Fans, they revealed the actors who are being considered for the role and one of them is from 'Game Of Thrones'.

Mario-Francisco Robles, who is the editor-in-chief, talked about actors who the studio is currently eyeing for the role of the Dark Knight. The list includes Ansel Elgort, Dylan O’Brien, Logan Lerman, Noah Centineo, Jack O’Connell, Kit Harrington, Nicholas Hoult, Aaron Taylor-Johnson, Richard Madden, Robert Pattinson, and Armie Hammer.

Most of these actors are quite popular and that's what makes the list more interesting.

The podcast also revealed that some of the actors on the list are already out of the running. These names are Ansel Elgort, Dylan O’Brien, Logan Lerman, and Noah Centineo. I think most of us won't be too disappointed about these actors coming off the list.

The list has definitely become short but considering Kit Harrington, who plays the role fo Jon Snow in the hit HBO series 'Game Of Thrones', is still on that list.

The actor has a huge fan following after appearing on the series. Imagining him in the role of Batman might just not sound so perfect to most of the Batman fans if you compare him to Ben Affleck playing the superhero.

The studio hasn't fully decided who they want to cast as Batman but they will soon confirm and we can expect an announcement about who will play the role after Ben Affleck.

Affleck had first played the role of Batman in the 2016 release 'Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice'.  The film was directed by Zack Snyder and the film showed an epic battle between the two classic DC Universe superheroes, Batman and Superman, who was played by Henry Cavill.

Talking about playing the role of Batman, Affleck spoke to Entertainment Weekly. He revealed how he felt playing the role of the superhero.

"I can tell you that every time I do a role, it’s the responsibility of an actor to get their physical self as close to the role as possible. And Batman’s obviously got a set of expectations that are tough. So I spent a lot of time working out. And it’s a far cry from Gone Girl where my character is described as “puffy and hungover.” I want you to know I worked equally hard at both," said Affleck.

The actor revealed how he felt about people reacting when it was announced that he would be playing the role. "Before I took the role, Warner Bros. gave me a bunch of past reactions to casting and said, 'Are you sure you want to get into this? This is part and parcel of these movies now. There’s a lot of active fans with a lot of opinions.' To me, having been through a certain amount of that, it doesn’t really… Everyone’s entitled to their opinion," he said.

He was all praises about the director. "I wouldn’t have taken the part if I didn’t trust my instincts in terms of the filmmaking. I think Chris Terrio wrote a terrific script. Zack’s a great visual director. And there’s an interesting take. I wouldn’t have done it if I didn’t think I could do it. I have the benefit of a lot of that understanding. But also, everyone is entitled to their opinion. That’s a big part of this international sport. The Fifty Shades of Grey kid or whatever it is. That’s sort of become a thing," he added.

He also talked about how important it is to the fans that they portray the roles of their favorite superheroes perfectly, as it means a lot to them.

"You know what? It’s great that people do care that much. They want to see the movie that much. And it is incumbent on you to honor the story. There are the Greek myths and these are the American myths. The American myths are these superheroes," said Affleck.

The makers of the film are under a lot of pressure to deliver the fans with the best films that they can.

"People care about ’em a lot. And it’s incumbent on you to do a good job and make it as excellent as you possibly can. At the end of the day, the movie’s all that matters." Affleck concluded.
