Fortnite Adds Terminator & Sarah Connor Skins

Iconic characters Sarah Connor and the relentless T-800 are the latest pop culture hunters to join the hunt for a Victory Royale on Battle Royale island in Fortnite's latest Zero Point crossover. The current season of Fortnite revolves around the multiverse’s greatest hunters.

According to Screen Rant, the T-800 and Sarah Connor have been introduced in the game as depicted in one of the most popular sequels in Hollywood history, Terminator 2: Judgement Day. T-800 and costars have appeared in video games before. But this is the first time the characters dropping onto Battle Royale that "has got to be the most over the top."

In the trailer that recently dropped,  John "Jonesy" Jones can be seen saving the T-800 from his fate at the end of Terminator 2: Judgement Day and taking the T-800 along with Sarah Conner through a mysterious hole in space-time known as the Zero Point. This season of Fortnite is focusing on picking up hunters from across the multiverse using this portal which is why we're seeing so many crossover characters seen over the past few months.

Coming to the skins, both are available separately for those who don't want to go all-in. For $20 worth of V-Bucks, players can get both Sarah Connor and the Terminator, themed back bling and pickaxes for the characters, and a flaming thumbs up emote. Sarah Connor’s outfit will come with two variants, a T-800 Endoskeleton Arm Back Bling and Combat Knife based on her character both at the beginning of her journey in the first movie and the badass militarized woman she becomes in the second.  

The T-800 skin comes with a built-in Emote, HK Sky Net Uplink Back Bling, and Techno-Grip Axe. According to Games Radar, the Sarah Connor skin costs 1,800 V-bucks and has two distinct styles as we mentioned. You can also check out the Future War package, which includes extra cosmetics, for 2,800 V-bucks. The skin, back bling, and pickaxe are available now in the Fortnite Item Shop. The Fortnite Terminator skins previously leaked online before an official statement came out. But it looks like now they're officially in the game! Sarah Connor was teased earlier on in the season and many speculated that maybe Tomb Raider protagonist Lara Croft would be part of the game but now it's clear that the game's next crossover character was actually from Terminator.
