Sharpen your parasols and put on your corsets (safely) because Bridgerton Season 3 has gone into production and it shouldn’t be long before we see our favorite characters grace the screen, according to PEOPLE.

The announcement was made on their Instagram page with a video showing all the cast members holding up two fingers and flipping their hands to show three fingers held up. If memory serves, the scene where Anthony sticks up four fingers originally went viral for being extremely heartwarming. With this video, they have also introduced some new cast members. Harry Dankworth (James Phoon), Lord Debling (Sam Phillips), and Marcus Anderson (Daniel Francis) will be introduced in the next season.

Alluding to what's to come, the streamer said that what Phoon's character "lacks in wit and intelligence, he more than makes up for with serious good looks," while Phillips will play a "genial lord with unusual interests" who still intrigues the young ladies looking for love. Meanwhile, Anderson will appear as "a charismatic presence who lights up any room he enters, attracting the notice of certain matriarchs in the ton—and the ire of others."

The next season will follow Nicola Coughlan’s character Penelope Featherington and Luke Newton’s character Colin Bridgerton getting together and falling in love. However, the fact that Penelope is Lady Whistledown will not be glossed over. Now that Claudia Jessie’s Eloise Bridgerton knows about this secret, there has been a valley between the two best friends. Bridges have been burned (pun intended) and things are going to get sticky.

Coughlan invites audiences to join the madness, "Bridgerton season 3 has officially begun filming," she says. "You coming in?" To which Newton replies, "Let's go."

And the video proves how many people are going to be witnessing the drama that will unfold in the next season. Apart from the cast members mentioned above, Adjoa Andoh (Lady Danbury), Jessica Madsen (Cressida Cowper), Harriet Cains (Philippa Featherington), Emma Naomi (Alice Mondrich), Polly Walker (Lady Portia Featherington), Luke Thompson (Benedict Bridgerton), Hugh Sachs (Brimsley), Bessie Carter (Prudence Featherington), Hannah Dodd (who joins as Francesca Bridgerton), Ruth Gemmell (Lady Violet Bridgerton), Golda Rosheuvel (Queen Charlotte) Jessie, and Martins Imhangbe (Will Mondrich) all make the same gesture indicating their presence in the third season.

Bridgerton is a period drama show following the Bridgerton family, exploring their romantic lives in each season. The show is described as a cross between Gossip Girl and Downtown Abbey. Using popular romance tropes and giving them a Regency twist, the show has managed to become one of the most popular releases on Netflix. After focussing on Daphne Bridgerton (Phoebe Dynevor) and Duke Simon Hastings (Regé-Jean Page)  in the first season, and Lord Anthony Bridgerton and Kathani ‘Kate’ Sharma (Simone Ashley) in the second, the third season will see Colin Bridgerton get together with Penelope Featherington.

Bridgerton Seasons 1 and 2 are currently streaming on Netflix.
