The soaring popularity of the show among the local audience and somewhat impressing the audience worldwide has prompted the streaming giant and the showrunners to greenlight a season 2, and they dropped the announcement in May 2022.

What Is the Plot Of AlRawabi School For Girls?

The story is set in an elite Jordanian private school where the protagonist Mariam is bullied. She plans to exact revenge with the help of her friends but is unaware of the consequences that will follow her actions. The show further navigates the less discussed themes of the hierarchy system in schools, the effects of patriarchy on young Jordanian women, the rotten education system and corrupt authorities, and themes of sexual assault and honor killings in the community.

We can definitely expect the major cast members from the first season to return for the second season. The protagonist of this show is Mariam who is played by Andria Tayeh.
