Marvel Studios Is Developing A 'Young Avengers' Movie & We're So Excited!

The buzz is about MCU is introducing a whole new set of generation of superheroes with a brand new cast and refreshing script.

Marvel Cinematic Universe will look entirely different in the post-'Avengers: Endgame' world. The buzz is about MCU is introducing a whole new generation of characters with a brand new cast and refreshing script. According to a report, Marvel Studios might be creating a script for 'Young Avengers', which will feature a whole new set of teenage and young adult characters, reports ComicBook.

It is reported that the movie will have the team made of Kate Bishop's version of Hawkeye, Hulking, Iron Lad, Patriot, Wiccan, Stature, and Vision, a version something similar to Paul Bettany's characters in the Avengers world. There will be a lot to look forward to, with many climax and layers to take off. To start with, Stature is a character who is expected to make an appearance in 'Avengers: Endgame'.

Since Avengers are known for traveling through time, or, in fact experiencing inter-dimensional travel, fans are suspecting that actress Emma Fuhrman might be playing an older version of Cassie Lang, going by her superhero mantle of Stature. However, the inclusion of Kate Bishop might be a contradiction to early reports of a potential Hawkeye show on Disney+.

On the other hand, the character of 'Vision' does not seem to confirm the rumor that came out earlier, about the plot of the Vision and Scarlet Witch which hinted that the show would deduce some Tom King and Gabriel Walta's fan favorite maxi-series. As for the knowledge, there hasn't been any confirmation about the future past Avengers: Endgame. However, 'Spider-Man: Far From Home' is the only phase 4 movie released as of yet.

In an interview with ComicBook, Marvel Studios president Kevin Feige shared that the movie studio would be more than happy to produce movies for the next 20 years. "All of the things you've seen throughout Phases 1 and 2 and now through much of 3, the new characters always are important going forward in driving, shaping the future of the MCU."

He further added, "I think it would be amazing, another 10 years, another 20 films or so. We only focus on one step at a time but that's all about continuing to surprise with the stories, go unexpected places, continue to play with new, fresh, unexpected genres and then introduce characters that people might have heard of or a beloved big fan base like 'Captain Marvel' or characters like 'Guardians' where before we made that, which people had never even heard of."

Not just that, Marvel Studios president Kevin Feige also admitted the fact that the inclusion of Cassie in the 'Ant-Man' films was a move to 'plant-seeds' for the arrival, or say, the beginning of the 'Young Avengers'. If we connect the dots, we cannot forget Katherine Langford's feature in 'Endgame' and is rumored to be playing Kate Bishop.

As of for now, the trailer of 'Spider-Man: Far From Home' has left fans speechless and excited about the debut of the villain Mysterio. The trailer also shows that this time it resolves the cliffhanger of 'Homecoming', where Peter Parker's secret was found out by Aunt May. Not just that, we fans look closely they will find that beneath the surface, Peter's recruitment by Nick Fury and threatening of the elemental foes hints about the state of the Marvel Cinematic Universe, after 'Avengers: Endgame.'

Fans are also excited about 'Avengers: Endgame' which will mark the end of the Marvel Cinematic Universe and the beginning of another. 'Young Avengers' will be the beginning of the future, especially, while the remaining heroes battle against Thanos in hope of somehow reversing the events of Infinity War.

'Avengers: Endgame' will hit the theaters on April 26 and will star Robert Downey Jr., Josh Brolin, Mark Ruffalo, Tom Hiddleston, Chris Evans, Chris Hemsworth, Jeremy Renner, Chris Pratt, Elizabeth Olsen, Chadwick Boseman, Sebastian Stan, Benedict Cumberbatch, Paul Bettany, Samuel L. Jackson, Cobie Smulders, Benedict Wong, Zoe Saldana, Karen Gillan, Vin Diesel, Dave Bautista, Pom Klementieff, Scarlett Johansson, Tom Holland and Anthony Mackie.

Also, going with the rumors, the 'Endgame' might be the final adventure for Iron Man, as Robert Downey Jr.'s longterm association with Marvel Studios has come to an end, and this can be proved by the first look at the post-Endgame MCU.

Another reason that supports the theory is the presence of Happy Hogan who stepped in to serve as a father figure and flirt with Aunt May (Marisa Tomei) in the trailer. Also, Nick Fury shows up in Europe to recruit Spider-Man, that gives viewers the flashback of 2008's Iron Man. It is pretty obvious to think that Fury will turn up to him if there is no Iron Man or Captain America, to save the world.
