Videos Of Amber Heard's Affairs With Elon Musk, James Franco Presented In Court

The Johnny Depp - Amber Heard defamation trial has led to all of the former couple's dirty laundry being aired in public. The high-profile case includes high-profile witnesses. This includes actor Paul Bettany with whom Depp texted about Heard; actor James Franco, who allegedly once asked Heard about bruises on her face after a supposed fight with Depp; as well as the Tesla CEO, Elon Musk, who is Heard’s former boyfriend.

Depp's representatives have now shown the court, videos of Heard with Musk and Franco in the elevator suggesting that she was cheating on her then-husband with them. 

In the video evidence provided, Heard is in the elevator and seems to not have any clothes on and she is only covered with a blanket. She shows physical affection to Musk and also with Franco. Depp had suggested that his then-wife was having affairs with other men during the libel case in London against The Sun for calling him a "wife-beater." There were texts read out from the tech billionaire to Heard, as per The Independent, where he offered her "24/7 security." He had sent, "The offer would stand, even if you never wanted to see me again... anyway, sorry for being an idiot. The radio silence hurts a lot. It only matters because I really like you."

There were also rumors that Musk had a "three-way affair" with Heard and model-actress Cara Delevingne at Depp's residence when he was shooting in Australia. Rubbishing these claims, Musk had said, "Cara and I are friends, but we’ve never been intimate. She would confirm this," and added, "Also, I wish to confirm again that Amber and I only started going out about a month after her divorce filing. I don’t think I was ever even in the vicinity of Amber during their marriage!" Depp had also accused Heard of having an affair with Franco, both of which were evidenced by the elevator footage.

Franco's involvement was brought to light during the libel case as well. Heard said during the other trial that Franco was riding with her in the elevator of the apartment building she had shared with Depp, as per People. "We were talking," Heard said of the conversation they had. "He was saying to me, 'Oh my God, what happened to you?'" This was before she filed for a restraining order against Depp for domestic violence. They later ended their marriage with a divorce settlement of $7 million that Depp gave Heard.

It is unlikely that Musk and Franco will be testifying in court due to the nature of their involvement with the case.
