'Unsolved Mysteries' was one of the biggest true crime shows back in the 90s hosted by Robert Stack.

The show was massively successful due to the puzzling nature of the crime stories featured. The show ended in 2002, but in 2020, Netflix announced that they are bringing back the classic series to life.

The streaming giant dropped a total of 2 volumes with six episodes each.

So, will there be more true crime episodes coming soon? Let's find out.

What is the Plot of "Unsolved Mysteries": Volume 3?

Unsolved Mysteries is the reboot of the original true-crime series, which aired in the '90s. The show has delivered more than 500+ episodes. It features various crimes and phenomena that remain unsolved, inadvertently encouraging viewers to solve the puzzles behind them.

The Netflix series follows a similar format.

Volume 3 will feature more unexplained disappearances, tragic events, and bizarre occurrences.

The first two volumes included stories such as UFOs in Massachusetts, a strange death in Oslo, and tsunami spirits in Japan.

We expect to know more about the stories that will get featured in volume 3 once the official trailer drops.

The success of the Netflix reboot has resulted in renewed interest in some decades-old cases. One of which is the case of Alonzo Brooks’ death, a Black man who died in 2004.

Brooks was last seen attending a party in La Cygne, Kansas in 2004. He was one of the only 3 Black people who attended the party with about 100 guests.

His body was found a month later after his family and friends conducted their search.

The case went cold for years, but the FBI reopened his case after his story gets featured in the Netflix series.
