It is illustrated and written by Sui Ishida. The manga series was launched for the first time on September 8, 2011. After three years, the manga was adapted into an anime show. The first season of Tokyo Ghoul premiered for the first time on July 4, 2014. The second season of the show called Tokyo Ghoul √A came in less than a year later on January 9, 2015, and then season 3 and 4 came on April 3, 2018, and October 9, 2018, respectively. Now fans want to know when they can see season 5 of ‘Tokyo Ghoul,’ and here is everything we know about it.

The fourth season which is called Tokyo Ghoul: RE the second season, premiered on October 9, 2018, and saw the conclusion being aired on December 25, 2018. Looking at the fact that season 4 was the end of Ken’s story, fans might not get to see the fifth season. As sad as this sounds, it is most likely that the fifth season might not happen, as the fourth season ends on a note that concluded the tense events of the previous three seasons. Unless Sui Ishida decides to continue with the manga series and introduce a new plot and maybe a reboot? Having said that, it is most likely that fans won’t be seeing more of ‘Tokyo Ghoul’ anymore, as the story’s plot has ended, answering all the questions.
