This Is How Long It’d Take Jeff Bezos To Run Out Of Cash If He Spent $1 Million A Day

Jeff Bezos, the founder of Amazon, would take an incredibly long time to run out of money if he were to spend $1 million every day.

While many of us are holding on to a few cents in hopes that payday will arrive sooner, Jeff Bezos is not worried about running out of money anytime soon. In fact, he wouldn’t be if he were spending $1 million every day.

According to Forbes, the founder and chairman of Amazon is estimated to be worth a staggering $198.6 billion.

And supposing Bezos had a daily spending of $1 million?

Given how much money there’s to be spent in a single day, you would assume that even the wealthiest person on the planet would run out of money very quickly.

But when you really boil it down, or rather, when we do it for you and save you the trouble, you’ll see that Bezos would, sadly, be around for a lot longer than you can possibly think.

It would take Bezos around 544 years to run out of money, even if he did decide to start giving out $1 million every day.

And to think that most of us only need a month to exhaust the paltry wages we all receive in comparison.

But instead of flashing six figures every day, Bezos uses his wealth elsewhere. The business tycoon is rumored to own a portfolio of properties worth $570 million.

In order to be nearer to his parents, he announced last year that he was moving from Seattle to Miami.

Shortly after buying a $79 million home on Indian Creek Island, Bezos made the announcement of his relocation on social media.

There are seven bedrooms and fourteen bathrooms on the 19,064 square foot property.

Bezos also has a $500 million yacht that he owns, and he enjoys riding in super yachts.

The boat is so big that it doesn’t fit into your typical yacht docks, and has to be docked next to 600-foot oil tankers.
