Black Panther's suit stands ahead of the curve in the MCU when it comes to price. Wakanda is the richest country in the world in the MCU and it's only fitting the Wakandan king T'Challa is in the best of the best. Black Panther's costume designer, Ruth Carter revealed the price of the suit in an interview with Coveteur: "The Black Panther should have had maybe 20 costumes… But they're very expensive — one costume might cost $300,000… I think we only had six or so." This means that they spent as much as $1.8 million on suits.

Shazam!'s Suit

The Crimson and Gold Iron Man suit from the first Iron Man Movie was reportedly stolen from a Los Angeles movie prop storage facility. Tessa Thompson as Valkyrie

Tessa Thompson's character in Thor: Ragnarok was a welcomed addition to the MCU. She was just what the Thor films needed. But Disney had to spend a little extra money to get her hair to look just right. According to Allure, when shooting for Thor: Ragnarok was over Thompson went straight into her next movie Sorry to Bother You. In order to play the character, Detroit, she had to bleach her hair. Ragnarok director Taika Waititi then called for reshoots and Thompson had to get her hair to look just the way it looked before bleaching. So Disney had to dish out a whopping $10,000 for a wig to match Valkyrie's long, dark hair.

Star-Lord's Mask

Star-Lord

Star-Lord from Guardians Of The Galaxy has probably the easiest suit to make in the MCU. He simply wears a mask with glowing red eyes. But according to TMZ that mask sold for $160,000 at an auction in the United Kingdom by Prop Store. It was the most money that any one item among the 600 items at the auction was sold for.
