Sony Reportedly Planning To Introduce A Bi-Sexual Spider-Man

Are we going to be getting a bi-sexual Spider-man soon? Let's explore.

Spider-Man

Sony has been milking the cash cow that is Spider-Man. The last films Spider-Man films did exceptionally well and the animated Into the Spiderverse crushed the box office. Now, there is word that Sony has bigger plans for Spider-Man. One of those big plans is the creation of a live-action spider verse which will see the introduction of a bi-sexual Spider-man.

A live-action Spider-verse film!

The source that broke the news of Taskmaster being the villain of Black Widow and the news of She-Hulk getting her own Disney Plus show has reported the information of a bi-sexual Spider-man. The source is usually very reliable so it seems like a bi-sexual Spider-Man is very possible.

The live-action Spider-verse will likely unite Tomm Holland, Tobey Maguire, and Andrew Garfield. It is also likely that Andrew Garfield's Spider-man will be the one coming out as bi and he will have a boyfriend in the film.

Andrew Garfield

Andrew Garfield is not opposed to the idea of his Spider-man being gay as he did mention in 2013 that he was down for the possibility.

At the end of The Amazing Spider-man 2 we saw the death of Gwen Stacy. Normally we would expect Peter to move on to Mary Jane Watson but in the Andrew Garfield universe Peter could move on to a boyfriend....Mario Jane Watson! Or Marty Jane Watson.

The Spider-verse might even be included in the Disney Plus MCU series with rumors that Tobey Maguire could show up in Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness.

At the moment, nothing has been confirmed and whether a bi Peter Parker is being introduced into the Spider-verse is all up to Sony. We'll definitely keep you up to speed with any developments regarding the live-action Spider-verse films.
