Rick And Morty Season 5 Drops Hilarious New Trailer

Rick And Morty Season 5 Drops Hilarious New Trailer

A new trailer for the fifth season of Rick and Morty is here. Check it out!

Our favorite misadventurous duo Rick and Morty, will be returning in yet another season. We always knew they were coming back, but now it's official (x3).

Adult Swim released a new trailer for the fifth season of the hit show Rick and Morty. It shows some hilarious new adventures ahead, including a jab at Voltron, killer human-like turkeys, and horny ocean men. It's definitely going to be a weird season.

Season 5 is expected to hit screens on June 20, 2021, with ten brand new episodes to start our summers off right.

Adult Swim still has a whole lot more Rick and Morty episodes for us. They originally ordered 70 new episodes, and with only 10 being released in June, we can expect 60 more to be on the way.

Justin Roiland, Chris Parnell, Spencer Grammer, and Sarah Chalke are all confirmed to return as the Smith family.

And if you just can't get enough of Rick and Morty, Adult Swim dropped even more amazing news. They recently announced a spin-off series called The Vindicators. It features an eponymous superhero team that Rick and Morty came across in season 3. Most of the superhero team met their demise after succumbing to Saw-style traps that Rick developed while drunk.

Executive producers Sarah Carbiener and Erica Rosbe spoke about the spin-off series to The Hollywood Reporter. They said:

We are thrilled to work in the Rick and Morty universe again, and these shorts are an incredible opportunity to explore what happens in the aftermath of the Vindicators saving (or destroying) worlds. We’re so excited to show how this team of superheroes is plenty dysfunctional whether Rick’s around to have half of them murdered or not.

Season 5 premieres Sunday, June 20 at 11 p.m. ET/PT on Adult Swim.

Are you excited for the return of Rick and Morty in season 5?
