The Fab Five are definitely coming back to change more lives in season 6!
Netflix's Queer Eye is a well-loved Netflix series following a group of gay professionals called 'Fab Five' who gives lifestyle and fashion makeovers to guests.
They are like Cinderella's modern fairy-godmother, ready to transform the lives of people who needed a little Tender Love and Care.
Season 5 has just landed on Netflix, but just like any good shows, fans are always quick to ask if more episodes are coming.
Here's what we know so far.
Rejoice Queer Eye fans! Queer Eye has been officially confirmed for season 6! The news came in mid-March via the show's official Twitter page, almost three months before season 5, even aired on Netflix.
The team was able to film one episode before getting temporarily shut down due to the Coronavirus pandemic.
Speaking to Digital Spy, one of the Fab Five's Bobby Berk said: "We got about one episode done, and then coronavirus came. So now we're just waiting to hear when we start filming again."
We don't have an official release date yet, but if we base on the previous seasons, it's likely to be available sometime in the Australian summer. Queer Eye usually releases two seasons per year. However, that was before the world was devastated by the Coronavirus pandemic.
With the pandemic still looming, there's a pretty huge chance season 6 might be delayed as well.
It's a good thing that Queer Eye season 5 released with ten episodes, the longest season to date, for it might take a while before we could see the follow-up season.
Queer Eye season 6 will have the Fab Five "return to their Southern roots" in Austin, Texas, to look for a new list of heroes who needs a life-changing makeover.

The guest list who will receive the life-changing makeover remains unknown yet. However, we do know that the Fab Five are surely coming back and use their expertise to upend someone's life in season 6.
The Fab Five includes food and wine extraordinaire Antoni Porowski, fashion expert Tan France, culture and lifestyle extraordinaire Karamo Brown, design expert Bobby Berk and grooming extraordinaire Jonathan Van Ness.
There is no official trailer for Queer Eye season 6 yet but will keep you updated once it drops soon.
