Ozark Season 4 Gets A January Premiere Date. Check Out The New Teaser Trailer

The final season of Ozark is set to premiere on Netflix in January and will be released in two parts.

Ozark's final season is coming, and coming very soon.

Netflix revealed on Tuesday that Ozark season 4 is scheduled to premiere on January 21, 2022. It will be released in two parts each with 7 episodes.

The announcement also came with a teaser trailer which shows the series picking up exactly where the last season ended. Jason Bateman's character Marty Byrde is set to return along with Laura Linney as his wife Wendy Byrde.

Other members of the cast set to return are Julia Garner, Sofia Hublitz, Skylar Gaertner, Charlie Tahan, Jessica Frances Dukes, Lisa Emery, Damian Young, Alfonso Herrera, Felix Solis, Adam Rothenberg, Joseph Sikora, Bruno Bichir, CC Castillo, Katrina Lenk, Bruce Davison, John Bedford Lloyd, Ali Stroker, and Veronica Falc√≥n.

The series follows financial advisor Marty Byrde who moves his family from Chicago to the Ozarks of Missouri after a money-laundering scheme goes wrong.

Ozark was created by Bill Dubuque and first premiered on Netflix in 2017. Jason Bateman, as well as starring, is an executive producer of the show. He teased the new season before, promising lots of drama.

"A supersized season means super-sized problems for the Byrdes," Bateman said in a statement. "I'm excited to end with a bang(s)."

The new season was also teased last month during TUDUM: A Netflix Global Fan Event. We saw a brief clip showing Marty and Wendy inside a bathroom covered in blood. While cleaning themselves off in the sink, they hear the sound of a closing door.

Ozark Season 4 part 1 premieres on January 21, 2022. The release date of the second part has yet to be revealed.
