Over 70 Original Films Coming On Netflix In 2021

Here's a list of all the Netflix original films that will keep us entertained the whole year.

Netflix has over 70 original films to keep us busy for the entire year. The streaming giant is slowly carving its rightful place as one of the big players in the entertainment industry with original films such as 'The Old Guard', 'Enola Holmes', and 'Extraction' achieving both critical and commercial success.

If you think 2020 was an awesome year for the platform, then prepare for an even more impressive line-up of original films for 2021. Netflix is taking the competition against traditional studios seriously with close to $20 billion being funneled into content last year.

One of the biggest films we're anticipating this year is  Dwayne Johnson’s Red Notice with an estimated over $175 Million budget.

Here is a comprehensive list of all the Netflix original films releasing in 2021.

On January 1, 2021, we started the new year with a good laugh and new insights thanks to the Korean comedy 'What Happened To Mr. Cha?' and the social documentary 'The Minimalists: Less Is Now'.

On January 6, 2021, we got a closer look at the life and career of the greatest French Basketball player through 'Tony Parker: The Final Shot'.

On January 7, 2021, the drama film 'Pieces of a Woman' released on Netflix, followed by 'Stuck Apart' on January 8, 2021.

On January 11, 2021, Stanley Nelson's  'Crack: Cocaine, Corruption and Conspiracy' released and opened our eyes to the complex history of crack.

On January 14, 2021, we'll move on from heartbreak through the Indonesian rom-com 'The Heartbreak Club'.

On January 15, 2021, we'll get treated to the feel-good comedy film 'Double Dad', the exciting cyberpunk suspense film 'Outside The Wire', and the Bollywood social issue drama 'Tribhanga'.

On January 22, 2021, watch how a driver of a rich, Indian family uses his wits to get out of poverty in 'The White Tiger'.

On January 28, 2021, 'June and Kopi', a feel-good drama featuring two loving dogs will hit the streaming platform. 

On January 29, 2021, we'll get to see the action comedy-drama for kids 'Finding Ohana', the British period piece 'The Dig', and the gritty, Spanish suspense film 'Below Zero'.

On February 5, 2021, Zendaya and John David Washington's Intimate B&W film 'Malcolm and Marie' finally releases on Netflix, along with 'Space Sweepers' and 'The Yin Yang Master: Dream of Eternity'. 


On February 10, 2021, 'The Misadventures of Hedi and Cokeman' will bring us some seriously good laughs, and on February 11, 2021, the Swedish suspense thriller 'Red Dot' will give us chills.

Before February ends, we'll have 'I Care a Lot' releasing on February 19, 2021, and 'Crazy About Her' on February 26, 2021.

'Geez and Ann' and 'To All the boys: Always and Forever, Lara Jean' are also reported to release in February this year, but we currently don't have the exact release dates yet.
