Will Millie Bobby Brown return for a third movie?
Enola Holmes 2 hit Netflix in October 2022 and it took no time for it to reach the top of the watched chart. And after that, it would be wrong to say that the audience does not expect another sequel. During an interview with Screenrant, Bobby Brown shared her excitement for Enola Holmes 3. "Yes, absolutely. I would love to be a part of another one. I would love to see her do more cases, be put under pressure, be put in crazy situations, make her feel vulnerable again. I absolutely love seeing her back at work."
The expectations for Enola Holmes 3 are already high and it looks like the new movie might just live up to the hype.

As of now, Netflix has not made any official announcement for the sequel, and the hope for it is really high as Brown herself expressed that she hopes to continue the character. The chances of renewal are looking positive as Enola Holmes 2 was popular among audiences and also churned the numbers to keep Netflix happy. And considering the end credits scene introduced us to Sherlock's famous sidekick Dr. John Watson, played by Himesh Patel, there's a strong chance our favorite cast will be returning again.

At the end of the sequel, we see the major mystery being solved but not without dropping plenty of hints for a potential third sequel. With Moriarty getting out of prison, we see Enola and her family in trouble with Moriarty likely to target them. The introduction of John Watson has also set the base for a gripping sequel.

As the first movie of the Enola Holmes series came out in September 2020 and the sequel in November 2022, we might actually be seeing a pattern here. We could expect it to release towards the end of 2024. However, there's no doubt that some of the major cast in the franchise have huge projects lined up including Stranger Things season 5 which could hamper the making of Enola Holmes 3.
