Netflix Finally Drops The Official Trailer For 'Lucifer' Season 5 Part 2

"You guys are gonna s**t yourself when you see that trailer,"

The official trailer for 'Lucifer' Season 5 Part 2 is finally here, and it's epic! The trailer contains so many teasers that we need to look out for the upcoming season, including another brewing war between Lucifer and Michael.

God is stepping out of his throne, and Lucifer decides he wants to take his place and do things right. However, he is not the only one who is interested in the almighty role. His more sinister twin brother, Michael, is preparing to take over the position once his father retires.

Michael is already trying to build his army, gathering support from other celestial figures. We are heading into a holy war that sees the sons of God fighting for the high chair.

Do you think a heavenly family feud is too much? Don't worry because the new season will not be complete without the familiar goofy moments we have come to love.

Now that God has finally come to Earth, he will be spending more time with his three sons, Lucifer, Michael, and Amenadiel.

The last time we see the three, they were in a big fight and were about to kill each other until God appeared and said, "That's enough." That sounds just like every regular family, right?

Speaking of which, the dysfunctional heavenly family will be trying to fix their differences. Detective Chloe Decker "respectfully," tells God that he is a terrible father, while Lucifer decides it's time for them to work on their father and son relationship. There were clips of God and Lucifer trying to consult Dr. Linda Martin, but something is telling us that an eon of differences wouldn't be fixed by a single trip to the doctor.

'Lucifer' boss Joe Henderson has already warned us that the official trailer will be so awesome that we might end up shi**ng ourselves.

"You guys are gonna s--t yourself when you see that trailer," Henderson said via Comicbook. "It is awesome. I mean, the season itself is awesome, but when you guys see the trailer -- I will warn everyone that the trailer does have some spoilers that you might not want to see -- but it won't ruin the experience, it will only add to it in my opinion... But it's got a lot. I was just watching it, and I was like, 'Did we do all that in eight episodes? Wow!'"

'Lucifer' Season 5 Part 2 will finally release on May 28th, 2021. The incredibly successful series is supposed to end at season 5. However, countless petitions and demands from fans have persuaded Netflix to renew the season again for one "final FINAL" season. The sixth season is already underway and will likely release next year.
