Netflix's newsest adult-animated series Mulligan has been turning a lot of heads since its release in May. Can we expect more of this post-apocalyptic comedy?
Mulligan is Netflix's newest adult-animated comedy from the minds of 30 Rock and Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt makers Robert Carlock and Tina Fey. Sam Means also lends his talent to the creation. The show follows a group of survivors who come together to rebuild society after it was destroyed by an alien attack. Are we going to see more of the survivors in a second season? Let's explore.
Netflix has yet to officially renew Mulligan for Season 2, as of this writing. However, the first season ended with "to be continued". This is always a good sign and it means that Netflix did have more episodes in mind when they released the show. It could either mean that Netflix is planning a second season or that Netflix is releasing a part 2 to the first season. There is no definite answer from Netflix now but since this is a live article we will update it as soon as some new information drops.
We can expect the main cast to return. These include Nat Faxon as Matty Mulligan, Chrissy Teigen as Lucy Suwan, Tina Fey as Dr. Farrah Braun, Sam Richardson as Simon Prioleau, Dana Carvey as Senator Cartwright LaMarr, and Phil LaMarr as Axatrax.
