The selections are based on reviews, personal viewing, and relevance. Some you may have seen already, and some may not be your cup of tea, but we hope that at least one of these catches your eye. Without any further ado, let's get right into it.
The first film on our list is the 1986 science-fiction body horror 'The Fly.' The plot reads:
Seth, a brilliant scientist, is elated when he successfully manages to teleport himself in his own invention, a transportation machine. But, unbeknownst to him, he was not alone during the process.
David Cronenberg directed the film, and it stars Jeff Goldblum, Geena Davis, and John Getz.
The second film on our list is the 2011 science fiction comedy horror 'Attack the Block.' The plot reads:
A group of valiant teenagers ventures out to battle a savage alien incursion. With the invasive species jeopardising their vicinity in Southern London, they fight to succeed in their mission.
Joe Cornish directed the film, and it stars John Boyega, Jodie Whittaker, and Nick Frost.
The last film on our list is the 2020 action-adventure comedy 'Sonic the Hedgehog.' The plot reads:
The world needed a hero -- it got a hedgehog. Powered with incredible speed, Sonic embraces his new home on Earth -- until he accidentally knocks out the power grid, sparking the attention of uncool evil genius Dr. Robotnik.
