The selections are based on reviews, personal viewing, and relevance. Some you may have seen already, and some may not be your cup of tea, but we hope that at least one of these catches your eye. Without any further ado, let's get right into it.
The first film on our list is the 2018 South Korean psychological thriller 'Burning.' The plot reads:
Jong-soo runs into Hae-mi, a girl who once lived in his neighborhood, and she asks him to watch her cat while she's out of town. When she returns, she introduces him to Ben, a man she met on the trip. Ben proceeds to tell Jong-soo about his hobby.
Lee Chang-dong directed the film, and it stars Yoo Ah-in, Steven Yeun, and Jeon Jong-seo.
The second film on our list is the 2011 action thriller 'Haywire.' The plot reads:
After rescuing a Chinese journalist, black ops soldier Mallory is double-crossed and left for dead by someone in her own agency. She is now on the run with assassins on her tail.
Steven Soderbergh directed the film, and it stars Gina Carano, Michael Fassbender, Ewan McGregor, Bill Paxton, Channing Tatum, Antonio Banderas, and Michael Douglas.
The last film on our list is the 2014 Western comedy flick 'A Million Ways to Die in the West.' The plot reads:
A mysterious new woman in town, Anna, grabs the attention of a rather lonely Albert. Albert must put his courage to the test against her notorious gunslinger husband in order to be with her.
Seth MacFarlane directed the film, and it stars Seth MacFarlane, Charlize Theron, Amanda Seyfried, Neil Patrick Harris, Giovanni Ribisi, Sarah Silverman, and Liam Neeson.
