Some, you may have seen already, and some may not be your cup of tea, but we hope that at least one of these catches your eye. Let's get right into it.
This 2017 British horror follows a group of old friends from college who reunite on a trip through the forest. But they soon discover a supernatural force in the woods that begins to stalk them. David Bruckner directed the film, and it stars Rafe Spall, Arsher Ali, Robert James-Collier, and Sam Troughton.
I remember when this film came out. I was so excited to see it, and it did not disappoint. Real Steel follows a struggling ex-boxer who discovers a discarded robot and takes it into the arena as a robot boxer, in a future where robot boxing is the norm. Shawn Levy directed the film and, it stars Hugh Jackman, Evangeline Lilly, and Dakota Goyo.
Critics were mixed with this last selection. The Age Of Adaline follows a young woman who stops aging after a magical accident occurred when she was only 29. We get to see her life as an older woman in a young woman's body. Lee Toland Krieger directed the film and it and stars Blake Lively in the lead role. Michiel Huisman, Kathy Baker, Amanda Crew, Harrison Ford, and Ellen Burstyn also star.
