Every day we put together a list of three movies that we think you may enjoy. Here are our three for today.

Happy Saturday folks! As most of you may already know, every day we put together a list of three movies that we think you'll enjoy. Today is no different. The selections are based on reviews, relevance, and personal viewing. Some, you may have seen already and some may not be your cup of tea but we hope that at least one of these catches your eye. Without any further ado, let's get right into it.

The Mist (2007)


This 2007 sci-fi horror is based on the 1980 novella of the same name by Stephen King. It follows a group of citizens of a small town held up in a supermarket after a freak storm unleashes a species of bloodthirsty creatures. It was directed by Frank Darabont and features a massive ensemble cast. You can see the full cast here.

The Boy Who Harnessed the Wind (2019)


This 2019 film featured a true story that rocked the world. It follows a thirteen-year-old buy who invents an unconventional way to save his family and village from famine. It was directed by Chiwetel Ejiofor and stars Ejiofor, Maxwell Simba, and Felix Lemburo.

Safety Not Guaranteed (2012)


The last film on our list is a proper romantic comedy that will be perfect to start your day and to end your day. It follows three magazine employees who set out on an adventure to find the man who placed a classified advertisement seeking a companion for time travel. The ad reads:

Wanted: Somebody to go back in time with me. This is not a joke. P.O. Box 91 Ocean View, WA 99393. You'll get paid after we get back. Must bring your own weapons. I have only done this once before. SAFETY NOT GUARANTEED.

The film was directed by Colin Trevorrow and stars Aubrey Plaza, Mark Duplass, Jake Johnson, Karan Soni, Jenica Bergere, Mary Lynn Rajskub,
Kristen Bell, Jeff Garlin, and William Hall Jr.
