Every day we put together a list of three movies that we think you may enjoy. Here are our three for today.
Happy Thursday, folks! As you may already know, every day, we put together a list of three movies that we think you'll enjoy, and today is no different. The selections are based on reviews, personal viewing, and relevance. Some, you may have seen already, and some may not be your cup of tea, but we hope that at least one of these catches your eye. Without any further ado, let's get right into it.
The Final Destination films are staples for any millennial. The first one that came out in 2000 follows a teenager who managed to save his friends from a plane crash after having a vision. However, things get crazy as Death hunts them down, one by one. James Wong directed the film, and it stars Devon Sawa, Ali Larter, Kerr Smith, and Tony Todd.
The 2010 action film '13 Assassins' follows a group of thirteen assassins and their plot to assassinate the savage leader of the Akashi clan, Lord Matsudaira Naritsugu, toward the end of the Edo period. Takashi Miike directed the film, and it stars Kōji Yakusho, Takayuki Yamada, Yūsuke Iseya, Tsuyoshi Ihara, Hiroki Matsukata, Mikijirō Hira, Gorō Inagaki, and Masachika Ichimura.
The last film on our list is the 2011 French comedy-drama 'The Artist.' It follows the relationship between a rising young actress and an older silent film star whose career is going downhill. Michel Hazanavicius directed the film, and it stars Jean Dujardin, Bérénice Bejo, and John Goodman.
