Every day we put together a list of three movies that we think you may enjoy. Here are our three for today.
Happy Wednesday, folks! As you may already know, every day, we put together a list of three movies that we think you'll enjoy, and today is no different. The selections are based on reviews, personal viewing, and relevance. Some, you may have seen already, and some may not be your cup of tea, but we hope that at least one of these catches your eye. Without any further ado, let's get right into it.
'Split' was a perfect trip! It follows a man suffering from dissociative identity disorder and has 23 alter egos. He kidnaps three teenagers, and they must try to escape before his 24th personality emerges. M. Night Shyamalan directed the film, and it stars James McAvoy, Anya Taylor-Joy, and Betty Buckley.
'Django Unchained' is immensely popular, and most of you, I'm sure, have heard of it. But have you seen it? If you've been putting this one off, then this is your sign. Watch it! The film follows Django, a freed slave who teams up with a bounty hunter to rescue his wife from a hard-hearted plantation owner. Quentin Tarantino directed the film, and it stars Jamie Foxx, Christoph Waltz, Leonardo DiCaprio, Kerry Washington, and Samuel L. Jackson.
I personally only saw this film a few months ago while in lockdown. It follows Gloria Grahame, a Hollywood actress, who finds love with a younger man. But her life is soon derailed when she is diagnosed with breast cancer. Paul McGuigan directed the film, and it stars Annette Bening, Jamie Bell, Vanessa Redgrave, and Julie Walters.
