This 2003 horror follows Frank and his family on Christmas Eve, on their way to celebrate with his in-laws. But when he decides to take a shortcut, it turns out to be a neverending road. The film was directed by Jean-Baptiste Andrea and Fabrice Canepa and stars Alexandra Holden, Ray Wise, Lin Shaye, Mick Cain, Billy Asher, and Amber Smith.
The 2005 King Kong film was among the better versions. It follows a filmmaker who puts together a team and sets out to the infamous skull island. But they find themselves facing more than just the cannibalistic natives but also the mighty Kong. Peter Jackson directed the film, and it stars Naomi Watts, Jack Black, Adrien Brody, Thomas Kretschmann, Colin Hanks, Jamie Bell, and Andy Serkis.
The last film on our list is the hilarious Mark Wahlberg flick, Ted. It follows a man whose childhood wish of having his teddy come to life comes true. But as he gets older, he must decide whether or not to keep the bear or his girlfriend. Seth MacFarlane directed the film, and it stars Mark Wahlberg, Mila Kunis, Seth MacFarlane, Joel McHale, and Giovanni Ribisi.
