Can't get enough of the Kingsman? We have the biggest news for you.

Marv Studios, the production company behind the hit film franchise, are developing not just one, but seven more Kingsman films!

You heard it right

Seven more Kingsman films are in development, Marv Group's newly appointed CEO Zygi Kamasa reveals.

According to Kamasa, Matthew Vaughn is plotting “something like seven more Kingsman films”.

Vaughn is considered the bloodline of the franchise, acting as the director, screenplay writer, and producer of the past films.

The upcoming seven films are part of the company's expansion plans, with the intent to grow the business and the output hand in hand.

“We want to grow the business and the output,” Kamasa told the Winston Baker UK Finance Summit late last week as reported by Deadline. "We have a Kingsman TV series in the works and there are two-three other franchises that are being developed alongside the Kingsman world.”

Kamasa joined Marv early this year, after spending a significant time as Lionsgate’s CEO, in UK and Europe.

There are two Kingsman films to date. The first one aptly titled The Secret Service released in 2014, and The Golden Circle released in 2017.

The combined revenue of the two films grossed more than $825.2 million.

Meanwhile, another installment is on the way, which could potentially grow the franchise's earnings by around $1 Billion once released.

The third installment is a prequel called, The King’s Man, which is due for release next year.

The King's Man is a prequel set in the First World War. It is directed by  Matthew Vaughn and stars Ralph Fiennes, Daniel Bruhl, Stanley Tucci, Gemma Arterton, Matthew Goode, Aaron Taylor-Johnson, and Djimon Hounsou.

The prequel has suffered numerous setbacks and delays, even before the pandemic.

The film was originally set to release in cinemas on November 15, 2019.

However, it was delayed to February this year and was pushed back again for September 2020. Then the pandemic came, forcing the film to get delayed to February 26, 2021.

It was moved once more two weeks earlier due to Marvel Cinematic Universe’s Phase Four release dates being delayed.

The King's Man currently has a release date of February 12, 2021.

The upcoming period spy action-comedy follows the Duke of Oxford (Fiennes) and his protégé, a young soldier named Conrad (Dickinson), as they try to save the world from history's worst tyrants and criminal masterminds gathering to plot a war to wipe out millions.
