A man who has traveled to an astounding 190 nations has shared his thoughts on the most “annoying” location he has ever been.
Drew Binsky, the man who has been to every nation in the globe, is credited with pioneering the rise in popularity of travel content on platforms like TikTok and YouTube.
Another person who travels a lot is 22-year-old Luca Pferdmenges, who shares his experiences with followers on TikTok.
Luca, a German YouTuber with nearly three million followers on the well-known site, is definitely an expert when it comes to traveling to new locations.
The content creator revealed the nation he won’t be going back to anytime soon during a recent interview with the Daily Mail on his travels.
“Egypt is the most annoying country for tourists in my opinion,” Luca explained, without elaborating on his reasoning.
He added: “Egypt, France, Maldives, Mauritius, Seychelles, most of the Caribbean Lesser Antilles. They’re often very touristy and often don’t have much besides pretty beaches.
“The Caribbean is super-overrated, the Lesser Antilles, at least.”
Of course, many Americans and people from around the world like traveling to places like Greece, Spain, and France.
However, Luca provided a shout out to countries often overlooked by many.
He told the Daily Mail: “Uzbekistan and some others in Central Asia, Baltic countries, Myanmar, North Macedonia, Bhutan, Montenegro, and most countries in Latin America.
“People usually forget they exist, but they’re often way more exciting and more affordable than the ‘classic tourism destinations’.
“Especially hidden gems like Bhutan and Myanmar. They are really unknown, but some of the prettiest countries in the world.”
Naturally, having been to so many different nations, Luca has favorites and least favorites among the places he has been.
Luca described Belgium as “unsafe” and “ugly,” adding that he won’t be rushing back there anytime soon.
“It just feels super unsafe at night in my opinion – and I’m talking about Brussels here,” the TikToker explained.
“And many of the Belgian cities are pretty ugly as well. Grey and depressive, especially in winter.”
Luca disclosed to the Daily Mail some of his top choices since he finds it difficult to choose just one nation as the finest.
“My favourite places overall – in no particular order: Mexico, Brazil, Israel, Spain, Bhutan, UK, UAE, Portugal, Austria,” he stated to the newspaper.
Many people consider Luca’s existence as a travel content creator to be a fantasy, yet he doesn’t see it that way.
“I enjoy my life as a content creator, otherwise I would not do it. I love it. The freedom it gives me is insane and I am very grateful to be able to travel for a living,” he explained.
