AMC is coming with a new dramedy show called Lucky Hank. The show boasts a list of big-name stars and it has gotten people extremely excited about the show's arrival. The drama is set to land very very soon and here's everything you should know about the show Lucky Hank starring Bob Odenkirk.
Lucky Hank premieres on none other than AMC on March 19 which is a sunday 2023. The series will be made available on AMC+ on very same day.
Lucky Hank is set in a fictional College called Railton College, located in the Pennsylvania Rust Belt. The show centers around William Henry Devereaux, Jr who is the chairman of the extremely underfunded English department of the college. The series follows the theme of mid-life crisis and follows him as he tries to navigate his life's issues while balancing his work life with it. All of the struggles in his life are also affecting his wife who trying to rethink her whole life while also keeping her adult daughter's needs in mind. The plot has a lot of potential and looks extremely promising. We can't wait to find out what it's got in store for us.
Better Call Saul star Bob Odenkirk stars as the main character William Devereaux. In an interview with EW Odenkirk said, "I love the tone. It's more comic. I feel like I relate to the main character, who's a misanthrope. He's a cranky guy, but you like him. And I just think tonally it's great. It feels like a new mashup of comedy and drama that we've been on the verge of for a long time." The cast also includes Mireille Enos who plays his wife and Olivia Scott Welch who plays his daughter. In other roles, they have Nunez as Dean Jacob Rose, Bower as Hank’s estranged father, MacLachlan as the college president, Diamantopoulos as Lily’s ex Tom, Bader as Tony Conigula, Amini as Meg, Rourke, and Cryer as Gracie DuBois.
