The model filmed scenes calling back to the superstar's debut album
Lori Harvey is winning Halloween. The skincare mogul took the internet by storm by recreating two of Beyoncé’s iconic music videos for her 2022 costumes.
The model recreated two looks from Beyoncé's music video for "Me, Myself, and I," one of the many chart-topping singles from the singer's 2003 solo album Dangerously in Love. Harvey looks just like the star in her two posts, which put images and scenes from the video side-by-side with her own costumes. For the first outfit, the SKN by Lori Harvey founder donned a honey blonde wig with blunt bangs as she posed in an off-the-shoulder bodycon dress, finishing the look with an oh-so-'00s nude lip. She also filmed the scene from the video, crawling around a black room with a pink settee and gold lamp in a perfect recreation.
Harvey captioned the pic with the first line from the single-woman anthem, "All the ladies if you feel me help me sing it outttt."
In the music video, there's a part during which the footage is reversed, showing Beyoncé in a green and white gown, gloves, and a white fur shawl walking in a parking garage. Harvey replicated not just the outfit but also the video clip, perfectly portraying the young Beyoncé in the music video. She also recreated another part of the video in which Beyoncé wears an off-the-shoulder black dress and crawls across the floor in front of a couch, which she posted on Instagram as well.
Everyone absolutely loved the spot-on costume. Kim Kardashian commented a fire emoji on the post, while actress Ryan Destiny wrote, "I meannnn absolutely!😍."
"Okkkkkkk😍😍😍😍," commented La La Anthony.
Singer Justine Skye wrote, "Waiiiitt you went crazy."
But Lori had yet another surprise up her sleeve when she recreated Bey’s video for “Check On It” from the 2006 film The Pink Panther. In one still, she rocked curly brown hair. She also stunned in a pink latex skirt and top with braids and sunglasses that exposed her toned abs while mimicking Bey’s dance moves. “I actually can’t deal with you anymore,” commented Justine Skye, while La La wrote, “So good!!!”
