Frozen 3 is happening, said Kristen Bell "with no authority"
Kristen Bell, who voices Princess Anna in Disney's Frozen series, recently announced on Monday's The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon "with no authority" that Frozen 3 is in the works.
Bell was speaking with Jimmy Fallon about how much she loves the Disney Frozen franchise. Jimmy then asked whether there will be the third film and she said: "I would… like to officially announce, with zero authority, Frozen 3."
"Please bear in mind I did say 'zero authority' because I can't do that. I can't do that. No, I'm not in charge," said Bell.
"But there could be something maybe in the works and maybe happening," asked Fallon. Bell replied, "Well, you know, I'm... I'll keep it mysterious, but I know Idina [Menzel, who voices Anna's sister, Elsa] recently said she would do it and I feel like if we're all in, like, what are we waiting for? Let's do it."
Bell's statement is not a definite statement that Frozen 3 is happening. We have to wait till we get a confirmation from Disney. However, it's good to know that everyone in the cast is down to do a third film.
The first Frozen film premiered in 2013 and became a huge worldwide success. Frozen 2 then came out six years later and was met with even more success. It's almost a guarantee that Frozen 3 would make bank so we can be quite confident that it will happen.
