Over the years, Daniels and Judge have been building up a repertoire of animated projects for their company. "We were very excited to go into different tones and different styles and try to expand the animation art form," Daniels told The Hollywood Reporter. "We’re in a golden age for content, right? That’s animation, too. That was one of the things we were talking about in founding the company: ‘Let’s push animation into all these different genres.'" He was able to confirm that King of the Hill is already in the works at the company but did not divulge too many details about it yet.

"Mostly what Bandera is doing is trying to get us in more of a supervisory role; that’s what we’ve been really concentrating on: using our taste and the people we’ve worked with and trying to help other people achieve their visions that we think are cool," Daniels said. Judge added, "There’s one show that I might be a co-creator of, but the rest, it’s mentoring other people and getting people together and being a studio in that regard." Other exciting shows that are in various stages of work include projects with Sacha Baron Cohen, which will be a children's comedy show, Alison Bechdel’s iconic Dykes to Watch Out For with Carrie Brownstein, and even a show inspired by Breaking Bad but "if it was a half-hour comedy."

The King of the Hill series follows the Hills, an American family, and their life in the fictional city of Arlen, Texas. The Hills comprise Hank Hill, the patriarch and assistant manager at Strickland Propane, his substitute-teacher wife Peggy, their wannabe comedian son Bobby, the niece Luanne, and their pet bloodhound Ladybird. Hank holds stereotypical views about God and the country but is very unpretentious when it comes to his view of the world. The show was a hit because of its simple approach to humor, finding it in mundane, everyday activities. Many even consider it one of the greatest cartoons of all time.

This follows the news of the revival of Judge's series, Beavis and Butt-Head which was another iconic show from the '90s. It was also the show that launched Judge's career in the field of animation. Currently, you can watch all seasons of King of the Hill on Hulu.
