Those who have watched season 2 would know that Jessica was trying to help her long-lost mother Alisa Jones. Things took a huge turn in her life after that.
Melissa Rosenberg is finally bringing back 'Jessica Jones' for the third and final season. The beautiful face of Krysten Ritter is returning to Netflix, and the streaming giant has confirmed that the third one will be the last. The first season was a massive hit back in 2016, however, season 2 didn't perform well. But fans hope that season 3 will be a good investment as they will see a great return to the Jessica they loved in season one.
Jessica was a member of The Defenders and is the last Defender left after all the recent cancellations for the Marvel shows. After she freed herself from the captive of Kilgrave, Jones decided to become a Private Investigator. Fans love the grumpy woman she is as they know, even after being an alcoholic, she can easily throw 300-pound men across the room with just one hand. No one would want to mess with her. Here's everything we know so far about season 3.
According to Netflix via the See What's Next Twitter account, the third season will be released on 14th June 2019. The streaming service also released some images and other information about the third season. "Jessica and Trish team up to take down a highly intelligent psychopath,” the synopsis reads, “but a devastating loss reveals their conflicting ideas of heroism and sets them on a collision course that will forever change them both.”
