Vander is Arcane’s resident father-figure to Vi and Jinx: sisters who lost their parents following Vander into battle against the forces of Piltover.
The League of Legends' animated series Arcane is now out on Netflix. The series marked Riot Games' first foray into animation. Arcane is largely centered on the citizens of Piltover and Zaun, some of whom will eventually turn into the playable Champions from League of Legends. Vander is Vi and Powder's (young Jinx) foster father. Vi and Powder are sisters who lost their parents following Vander into battle against the forces of Piltover. There are fans who believe that Vander might be fated to return in a new form as the beast-like League of Legends Champion, Warwick, reports CBR.
Vander solo raises 4 children, runs a successful business, protects and stands up for his own people, ready to throw down at any moment, keeps the peace between Piltover and the Lanes, will not hesitate to sacrifice himself for his own kids, very wise, kindhearted... League of Legends is set years after what happens in Arcane. Warwick is a massive and brutal wolf/man hybrid and one of the fiercest figures from Zaun. Could Vander actually be the human form of Warwick before he became a monster? In Arcane, Vander is a unique character. According to One Esports, the link might lie in Warwick's lore, which reads: Though many think of Warwick as no more than a beast, buried beneath the fury lies the mind of a man—a gangster who put down his blade and took up a new name to live a better life. But no matter how hard he tried to move on, he could never escape the sins of his past. Another hint includes: Warwick struggled to recall a single memory from his past… All he could see was blood. But then he heard a little girl screaming. Screaming something he couldn't understand. It sounded like a name.
The plot thickens 😮

Vander is a former brawler and freedom fighter for the city of Zaun, but he turned to a more peaceful approach after becoming a father figure to the sisters. He even worked with Grayson to maintain peace between Zaun and Piltover. Another Arcane character, Silco, was determined to take his revenge on Vander, who had previously launched an uprising against Piltover's elite community during his fighting days.
Silco kidnapped Vander to become a test subject on his cruel experiments. Vi and her friends attempted to save their foster father but only found themselves in trouble as well. Silco managed to stab Vander, and he was forced to swallow experimental serum, which turned humans into monsters. The end of Arcane episode three showed a dying Vander telling Vi to take good care of her sister.

Warwick's lore may be shedding light on Vander's failed revolution, which continued to haunt him even after he turned to a peaceful life. As for the part of the lore that talks about a girl screaming... could that be Vander having heard Powder crying out loud and shouting "Violet!' as he bled to death? Was she the little girl screaming he had heard according to the lore? We'll just have to wait and see!
