One upcoming movie that has been getting tons of attention is the adaptation to the popular book I’m Thinking of Ending Things by Iain Reid. It will be directed by Charlie Kaufman and the author, Iain Reid will be co-producer. But there is much more information available so let's get right into it, shall we?
There isn't an exact release date for the film but Netflix has confirmed that it will be released in 2020. Principal Photography began on March 13, 2019, in Fishkill, New York, and ended on April 29, 2019. With this in mind, one can assume that the film is quite far into post-production and should be near. The film will likely drop in the first quarter of 2020.
In the film, Jake is taking his girlfriend on a road trip to meet his parents. However, Jake's girlfriend is secretly done with the relationship and is struggling to find a way to break up with him. But when Jake takes an unexpected detour, things get terrifying!
Brie Larson was once attached to the film but has since left for unknown reasons. Her role is now occupied by Chernobyl actress Jessie Buckley. Other stars attached to the film are Jesse Plemons who plays Jake, Toni Collette, David Thewlis, Hadley Robinson, and Abby Quinn.
