One of the best rom-coms ever made is coming back once again and it is coming back into a television format.
'How to lose a guy in 10 days' is a movie that stars Kate Hudson and Matthew McConaughey as our favorite couple Andie and Benny Boo Boo and was released all the way back in 2003, with a remake being a distant dream of so many of us for so long. At present, since so much of time has passed, it seems like a distant dream because it has been confirmed the film is being re-written as a TV show and will hit our screen within two years as we speak.
I will be observing and consulting numerous photos of shirtless Matthew McConaughey to properly research this task. pic.twitter.com/UcwcCbfUzY

If you have never seen this movie or need us to refresh your memory. This movie follows the story of Andie, an advice columnist for a magazine, who is assigned to write an article on ‘How to Lose a Guy in 10 Days’. For her job, he has to find some poor, unfortunate man, make him fall in love with her, and then break the poor chap's heart.
OMG THIS MAKES ME SO HAPPY. I've seen that movie way too many times. Write the wacky best friend as a trans woman please! 😁

At first, she thought it was going to be an easy task because surely no man would ever put up with having his penis named Princess Sophia, but Andy has a whole different thing coming up because the guy she meets, Ben, he has made a bet with his friends that he will make a girl fall in love with him in 10 days.
Yeah, I hit the heart, but I didn’t think that was enough. It dawned on me that this means no more romcoms—and I felt a sense of loss—and I wanted to remove the heart.

Andy and Ben meet to do their best to succeed in their individual missions, and sing a beautiful rendition of You’re So Vain, but, ultimately ends up falling in love with each other. As reported by E! News, the new show is currently in development at Quibi, which will be launching next year and already planning thousands of pieces of content in its first year.
We were all certain you could not make a good romantic comedy anymore because print media is dead and RomCom ladies have to work at magazines, but against the tides of history, Quibi & Paramount have agreed to let me re-write "How To Lose A Guy In 10 Days" https://t.co/A2YcnKqeCg pic.twitter.com/wnsAj2a24E
