Considered to be one of the most talented actresses in the Hollywood industry at present, it sure looks like she has a busy schedule up ahead.
Born as Neta-Lee Hershlag, Natalie Portman is one of the biggest stars in Hollywood today and is a prominent personality to watch out for in the Oscars. But Portman is not only just a movie star, she is also a Harvard psychologist as well. One of her most memorable quotes is, "I don’t care if [college] ruins my career. I’d rather be smart than a movie star.” Having said that, it looks like she has the best of both worlds. Her work has been published twice, she holds a bachelor's degree from Harvard in psychology, and she broke into the filming industry at a very young age when she appeared in ‘Leon: The Professional‘. However, the role that made her more famous was Padmé Amidala in ‘Star Wars: Episode I- The Phantom Menace’. In fact, while studying at Harvard, she continued to appear in the ‘Star Wars‘ movies. Some of her other notable performances have been in ‘Anywhere But Here’ and ‘Closer’.
She started becoming even more famous when she appeared in ‘V For Vendetta‘ and more famously, ‘Black Swan‘, for which she won an Academy Award. She also has films like ‘No Strings Attached‘ and ‘Jackie’ to her name, and prominently plays the part of Jane Foster in the MCU. Apart from entertainment, she is also vocal about American and Israeli politics, since she has dual citizenship, and is also concerned about animal rights and environmental issues. All this information might be making you wonder what are the upcoming movies and tv series she will be appearing in next and we have a list right here to keep you updated.
