What Is The Plot Of 'Ganglands' Season 2?

The cliffhanger ending of the first season left a lot of unanswered questions. Fans are eager to know what would happen to Medhi while on the loose with the teenage robber.

The final scenes of 'Ganglands' bring us five months after the turf war. A member from Morocco visits Saber, the new gang leader, who took over the business with his cousin, Sofia. The associate offers Saber to be part of his community in Morocco. But before he can leave, Sofia persuades Saber to forget Morocco and take over Antwerp docks instead. The plan is to expand their business to the whole of Europe from there. However, that means they have to prepare for a bigger war with other drug lords that run the place.

Before the credits roll, we see a masked Liana entering the hospital and scaring people with a gun. She rescues and handcuffs Mehdi. Liana will likely ask for his help in ruling the territory which Chris left. But since Sofia and Saber are planning to seize the same location, a bigger turf war is imminent.
