The second season of Forest of Piano is now available on Netflix, albeit taking longer than anticipated.
The Japanese animation Forest of Piano is based on Makoto Isshiki’s manga Piano no Mori: The Perfect World of Kai. In 1998, the manga made its debut in Young Magazine Uppers. Between August 1998 and November 2015, 243 chapters and 26 volumes were published. An anime film was made in 2007, midway through the manga’s run; it would take another eleven years for the anime to premiere on NHK. But can we expect more episodes? Here’s everything we know so far.
Has Forest Of Piano Been Renewed For Season 3?
The Forest of Piano tale has reached a definitive conclusion. There won’t be any more seasons of Forest of Piano because the anime adaptation has covered every chapter of the manga.
Makoto Isshiki hasn’t created any spin-offs for the manga as of the time of writing. Given that Forest of Piano ran from August 1998 to December 2015, it is quite doubtful that Isshiki will write anything more for the series, and it might be a while before any of the original content is turned into an anime.
Although we don’t know if it will happen, there is a chance that some OVA episodes will be produced.
