The quadrennial football cup begins on November 20, with up to four games scheduled every day for the first stage. In the first stage, each team will have to play three matches that will then send them to the knockout rounds, culminating in a final on December 18.
The World Cup 2022 starts with both England and The USA playing on the second day against Iran And Wales respectively. They're both parts of Group B, so will go head-to-head.
The first game of the 2022 World Cup will begin at 11 am ET which is 8 am PT on Sunday. Fox holds the English language rights to World Cup games in the US, while NBC-owned Telemundo offers all the games in Spanish. Games in English will air on FOX and FS1. The World Cup 2022 is being held in Qatar in the Middle East. The first match is being played between Senegal and Netherlands at the Al Thumama Stadium in Group A. Brazil, Argentina, France, Germany, and Portugal are considered favorites to win the tournament with everyone anticipating a Messi vs Ronaldo clash in the final. The US is unlikely to take the cup home, but there's a high chance of progressing to the knock-out rounds.
