New rumors are stating that the Fantastic Four will make their first appearance in the MCU in Ant-Man 3.
Disney now owns the rights to the Fantastic Four franchise and we can bet our lives that they are going to use it. But how? Well, it's rumored that the Fantastic Four will make their debut in the MCU in the upcoming Ant-Man film. The rumor also states that John Krasinski and Emily Blunt are the favorites for the roles of Mr. Fantastic and Invisible Woman. These rumors are coming from the mouth of Mikey Sutton, who is usually very reliable. Usually!
It's being stated that the MCU version of Fantastic Four will be very different from most other adaptations. In the MCU, the group will be a family of explorers and not actually a group of superheroes, per se.
In the first solo outing of the Fantastic Four in the MCU, it is rumored that the family of explorers will travel through strange lands, worlds, and dimensions and Mole Man will be the villain. What will also be very different is the way in which they get their powers. In the MCU version, FF will get their powers while on a journey to the Negative Zone. The Negative Zone may or may not be a part of the Quantum Realm, famously explored in the Ant-Man series.
And, in some way or the other, the FF will make their first appearance in Ant-Man 3 with John Krasinki and Emily Blunt as favorites to play Mr. and Mrs. Fantastic. What makes this even more believable is the fact that Emily Blunt did admit to being in talks with Marvel.
It is also being said that Marvel has big plans for characters like Doctor Doom, Silver Surfer, and Galactus.
There was also an earlier rumor that Doctor Doom will be involved in a Big Secret Wars movie which will be as massive as Avengers: Endgame.
Now, these are all rumors but I've been writing about movies and TV shows for a while and most rumors tend to be true. I've read rumors about Han returning, Tony Stark dying and even Dwayne Johnson joining the DCEU. These new rumors about Fantastic Four could, for all we know, be absolute trash.....but then again!
