People who liked the famous Korean drama Extraordinary Attorney Woo will be glad to hear that it will be back for a second season, but it looks like they will have to wait until 2024.
Extraordinary Attorney Woo is about Woo Young Woo (Park Eun-bin), a lawyer who is 27 years old and graduated from Seoul National University’s law school. Woo has a 164 IQ score and a great memory. She also has autism, and the show busts the myth that autistic people don’t have “social skills” or “emotional intelligence.”
The first season of Extraordinary Attorney Woo ended with the fifth most viewers of any Korean cable show ever. Not only that, but it got the most viewers ever for the Korean network ENA. It had a similar amount of success on Netflix. In its seventh week of global viewing, it was the most watched show in the world and the eighth most watched non-English show of all time on the service. But will we see more? Here’s everything we know so far.
Has Extraordinary Attorney Woo Been Renewed For Season 2?

“Thanks to the support of many people, we will produce Season 2 of Extraordinary Attorney Woo,” said Lee Sang Baek (via NME and Soompi‘s translation), the CEO of AStory, the production company behind the series. “The goal is to air Season 2 in 2024.”
Baek was also adamant that the cast and crew would stay the same for the second season. However, it might take a while before production starts again because of how hard it is to coordinate the busy plans of the stars. It is said that plans are in place to retain “more than 90 percent of the same members.”
