Evan Peters' surprise appearance in Episode 5 of 'WandaVision' had caught all of us off-guard, especially those who haven't heard of his recasting rumors as Quicksilver.

The production had to take extra effort to hide him from everyone while shooting, even his co-stars were clueless about his return.

"I wasn't sure what was going on. While we were shooting, they cloaked him in [this] thing, so no one could take a drone shot of him getting out of a van, or whatever it was. It was a big secret, but, They pulled it off," Darcy Lewis actress Kat Dennings told Jimmy Kimmel Live.

So who is Evan Peters in real life? Let's try to take the cloak off and reveal his identity behind the camera. Here are 10 interesting facts about Evan Peters.

Evan Peters

1. He Became An Actor Because Of The Olsen Twins

Evan and Elizabeth Olsen played twin mutants, Wanda and Quicksilver, in the MCU. However, in a funny coincidence, Evan Peters became an actor because of Elizabeth's famous sisters, the Olsen twins! He revealed in an interview that the two were his cinematic crush growing up and inspired him to pursue an acting career so he could see them.

While filming a scene for Asylum (the second season of American Horror Story), Peters had to wear a “cock sock” since he was dressed just in a hospital gown. He thought he was covered enough, but when he bent down, he was still a bit exposed, and his co-stars, Jessica Lange and Sarah Paulson, saw it all.

“Wow, this is terrible,” he told Conan O’Brien. “I basically am leaned over Jessica Lange’s desk in a hospital gown, bare-ass,” he said, adding that his genital ‘coverings’ didn’t quite cover everything.

"It's been all a massive stretch for me and really difficult to do," he said about portraying those characters. "It's hurting my soul and Evan as a person. There's this massive amount of rage that's been called upon from me, and the emotional stuff that's been called on me for Pose has been heartbreaking, and I'm sick. I don't feel good."
